UNM Championship Course Late Cancellation/No Show Policy

When making an online tee time a credit card is required to reserve the tee time. Over the phone the tee times are paid in full at the time of booking. Failure to cancel or notify the course 24 hours in advance of any players that will not make the reservation for what was booked will be charged a $20 cancellation fee. Customers who violate this policy may have their online booking privileges suspended or revoked. The golf shop will have discretion in cases of emergencies and inclement weather.    

UNM Championship Course Dress Code

Shirts must be worn at all times. Tee shirts are acceptable. Soft sole shoes are are required, no heels that could cause damage to the greens. Metal spikes or non-golf cleats are not permitted. Jeans are acceptable. 

UNM Championship Course Outside food and beverage

Outside food and beverage is not allowed. Personal coolers are not permitted and may be confiscated if brought into the facility. Personal water canteens are acceptable and can be filled at the water fountains in the club house or Lobo Grill as well as water dispensers are available throughout the course. 

UNM Championship Course Raincheck Policy

Effective April 1st, 2017

Raincheck Issuance: Rainchecks will only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Inclement weather-related situations.
  • Emergency situations.
  • Refund Policy Before Tee Off: Before a golfer tees off, the following options are available:
    • 100% raincheck.
    • 100% refund.

    Raincheck Policy After Tee Off: Once a golfer tees off, the raincheck policy is as follows:

    • Raincheck of 50% for the green fee only for holes 1 through 4.
    • No rainchecks or refund will be issued after teeing off on Hole #5.

    Exclusions: Rainchecks will NOT be issued for the following:

    • Golf carts.
    • Special rates, including early bird and twilight.

    Raincheck Validity:

    • Rainchecks issued and redeemed are valid for weekday and weekend green fees paid at the time of purchase only.
    • Weekday rainchecks cannot be redeemed for or applied toward a weekend green fee.

    Raincheck Redemption Period: Rainchecks must be redeemed within 30 days of the issue date.

Refund Policy:

  • Before a golfer tees off, a 100% refund will be provided.
  • Once a golfer tees off, the Raincheck will be 50% of the green fee only.
  • After completing 9 holes, rainchecks will NOT be offered.

Validity:

  • Weekday rainchecks are only valid on weekdays.
  • Weekend rainchecks are only valid on weekends.
  • No rainchecks will be issued for the 3-hole course.

Expiration:

  • Rainchecks will be valid for 31 days from the date of issuance.
